Can the average guy train like an athlete?  How about a semi-pro or pro-athlete?  I’m about to find out over the next year.  The coach and I created the All In Channel where I will train like an athlete on a different sport each month for an entire year.  I will record my progress daily by tracking my macros, body fat percentage, weight and strength.  I will be doing this challenge while managing my personal and professional career.  I want to use this challenge to improve myself by become more muscular, leaner, more confident man.  I will be posting two vlogs and blogs each month.  I will do a challenge at the end of each month to see how I measured up to a regular and pro-athletes standards.  I am not an athlete just your average guy in his 40’s trying to better himself.
